| In this study, the use of biofloc technology (BFT) in crayfish culture for 32 days was tested. Two groups (initial total lengths, TLi and weights, Wi measured) within 3 replications were planned as BFT application group (TLi: 112.17±0.99 mm, Wi: 37.61±0.97 g) and control group without BFT (TLi: 112.22±0.94 mm, Wi: 37.61±0.87 g). Six crayfishes were stocked in each tank with a volume of 80 L (70x40x30 cm). In the experiment, molasses was used as a carbon source in BFT application. Carbon/Nitrogen ratio was optimized at 15. All tanks were continuously aerated. Crayfish were fed 3% of body weight twice a day (12h light-12h dark).
