| Özet |
| Melanoleuca castaneofusca Contu is reported from Turkey for the first time based on both its macro-and micromorphological examination and molecular phylogenetic analysis. It is characterized by a chestnut brown, dark gray-brown to brown or pale brown pileus; a brownish to gray-brown or dark brown, longitudinally fibrillose-striate stipe; whitish or cream-colored lamellae and harpoon-like, urticoid, septate cheilocystidia. It is found in grasses in a mixed forest. The differences between the related species are discussed. |
