Özet
One of the most important aspects of health care is health spending. It is thought that the medical care expenditures made to meet people 's health expectancy will contribute to positive growth in economic growth by developing human capital. With the increasing importance of human capital, it seems that expenditures made according to subjects such as culture, education and health have been greatly expanded in order to rate those related to economic growth. While there were a number of findings in these studies that health spending in developing countries affected economic growth positively, developing countries tried to examine whether there was an effect in the countries in the group. For this purpose, a test was carried out in the MENA country for the period 2000 - 2015, based on the panel data analysis method for economic growth of health expenditures. According to the results of the analysis on the economic growth of expenditures for health in MENA countries, it has been found to have a negative effect. In addition, infant mortality rate and expectation of life in birth have reached to positive effect by economic growth.
