| Özet |
| A 73-year-old man was admitted to physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic due to right shoulder and back pain for the last 6 weeks. The patient declared a sudden flare of the pain (breakthrough pain) and the pain did not respond to the topical/systemic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and myorelaxant drugs. Physical examination revealed ptosis and jugular venous distention with normal neurological findings and normal shoulder movements. His back was not painful with palpation either. Posterior-anterior chest radiograph showed costophrenic angle blunting (Figure 1A). Ultrasound—from the right supraclavicular aspect—clearly designated a heterogeneous mass with irregular margins and jugular vein thrombosis (Figure 2).
