Özet
This study was conducted to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational cynicism and its sub-dimensions. Data were obtained through a survey conducted on 152 employees working in the ship maintenance and repair business. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that there was a negative and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational cynicism and its sub-dimensions. With this study, it has been seen that organizations make future plans by considering their attitudes towards their employees.
