Özet
2-Aminothiazole derivatives exhibit versatile biological properties. Numerous compounds containing this unit have been synthesized and described in the literature. Probably, most of the synthesized compounds have been evaluated biologically and many candidates have been identified as novel drug active substances. Cancer is a serious health problem worldwide and the development of alternative drugs is required, which can be used for cancer treatment. For this purpose, research on the synthesis of 2-aminothiazoles is continuing rapidly. In this review, we compile the syntheses and properties of 2-aminothiazole derivatives with anticancer properties.
