| Drying is a process where the high moisture content of agricultural materials can be stored without deterioration to a critical moisture level in the range of 7-15%. It is known in the literature that many drying machines specific to different products or product groups have been developed in the field of drying. However, manufacturers do not pay much attention to this in the drying process and generally use the drying machines in common. In this study, Turkey's Statistical Agency (TSA) of using the numbers in dryer years 2004-2018 and for our country and the Department of the Central Black Sea; The potential change in the number of future drying machines has been estimated by using applied network based fuzzy logic inference system (ANFIS) and nested gray model (RGPM) methods.
