Özet
In this study, inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers were used to investigate genetic relationships of 83 mulberry (Morus alba L.) genotypes being located at 38 39′ 45′ 40′ 50′ N latitude and 45′ 40 12′ E longitude in Turkey. Eight primer combinations generated a total of 106 bands, 95 of which were polymorphic. The polymorphism rate of the primers was found to be 89.5% on average. The highest polymorphism rate was obtained from the primer no. 807 (100%) and lowest rate was obtained from the primer 841 (80%). The number of bands obtained per primer ranged from 7 (ISSR 807) to 18 (ISSR 835), and the mean band number was found to be 13.25. The mean genetic similarity coefficients among all mulberry genotypes ranged between 0.54 and 1.00. In genotypes, the highest genetic similarity value was found in TO25 and TO39 genotypes (1.00). An UPGMA cluster of the 83 mulberry …
