Özet
Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have big potentials in designing next-generation anticancer and antimicrobial agents. Here, AgNPs were synthesized with green chemistry using edible mushrooms Schizophyllum commune and Geopora sumneriana. The synthesized AgNPs were characterized with ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV–Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), scanning transmission electron microscope (S-TEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), x-ray diffraction (XRD), and dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques. Anticancer activities of the synthesized S. commune (SC-AgNPs) and G. sumneriana (GS-AgNPs) were studied on the breast (MCF-7), lung (A549), colon (HT-29), and liver (HUH-7) cancer cell lines.
