Özet
The purpose of study is to determine the effect of personorganization fit on organizational citizenship behavior and to investigate whether affective commitment plays a mediating role between these two variables. The sample is consists of 177 people working in private hospitals in Çorum. As a result of the analysis, it is found that person-organization fit has a positive relationship with affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, also affective commitment has a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The results of hierarchical regression analysis, it is determined that affective commitment plays a full mediating role on the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior.
