Özet
The present research was conducted to investigate some physiological traits of 22 bread wheat landraces as well as five registered cultivars under irrigated and late drought stress. In this study, significant differences were obtained between landraces in the investigated physiological traits generally and the responses of cultivars changed to years and applications. TGB 003232, TR 63581 and TGB 000534 landraces showed higher values than the average of registered cultivars in leaf relative water content under late drought stress conditions. According to rank analysis, Dağdaş 94, TGB 003232 and Müfitbey cultivars became prominent in drought tolerance at late developmental stages. In the photosystem II (PS II) maximum energy efficiency (Fv/Fm) value used to determine the drought tolerance of the genotypes, the bread wheat landrace Çalı basıran became prominent in all three stages. According to the results obtained, it is important to use landraces as a gene source in breeding studies in the physiological traits investigated.
