Özet
Achieving sustainable development and managing technological transformation increases the need for qualified and well-equipped human resources, which can only be possible with qualified human resources and proper talent management. At this point, to achieve the goals of sustainable development, a Society 5.0 approach based on human-centered and strategic talent management should be adopted. This research explores the transformation of human resource management within the framework of Society 5.0 and talent management strategies in the digital age. For this purpose, it was conducted to reveal innovative approaches, current horizons, strategy, and future directions in human resources and talent management within the theme of “Society 5.0”.
