| With the globalization, technology has developed rapidly and therefore the needs and expectations of individuals and society have changed. In parallel with these changes, all organizations have to increase their productivity to keep their existence, to keep up with new conditions and to meet their needs and expectations. As a result, the importance given to quality has increased and quality has become a strategic tool (Ucar & Levent, 2017). Quality can be defined as the competence level of a good or service. The level of competence is determined by the existence of certain properties or features of a good for the producers or consumers (Akdag, 2005).
