Özet
Two novel Keggin-type polyoxometalate (POM)-based organic–inorganic hybrid compounds, K-ABP and K-ACP, were synthesized by reacting the Keggin POM anion with 3-amino-5-bromopyridine (ABP) and 2-amino-5-chloropyridine (ACP), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that both compounds crystallize in the triclinic P‒1 space group, featuring classical Keggin structures stabilized by organic ligands. Spectroscopic techniques confirmed the structural integrity of the hybrids, highlighting characteristic POM vibrations and charge-transfer transitions. Electrochemical analysis showed multiple redox processes, with K-ACP exhibiting more complex behavior due to structural variations. Biological assays indicated minor groove DNA binding for both hybrids, with stronger affinity observed for K-ACP.
