| Özet |
| Root-knot nematodes (RKNs) (Meloidogyne spp.) are widely distributed and cause significant yield losses in a wide range of crops. Meloidogyne arenaria, M. exigua, M. graminicola, M. hapla, M. incognita, M. javanica and M. mayaguensis are important species in the world. In Turkey, the species M. incognita, M. arenaria, M. javanica and M. hapla are the most commonly found, with M. incognita and M. javanica which causes serious problems to several economically important greenhouse crops. Nematicides do not provide long-term suppression of RKNs, and environmental and human health concerns are resulting in increased restrictions on their use. In this study, experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using aqueous extract of Moringa oleifera L. (Brassicales: Moringaceae) at concentrations of 42 ppm (0.25 mM), 84 ppm (0.5 mM) and 168 ppm (1 mM) as a potential … |
