Tokat ili Kazova bölgesinde şeftali yetiştiriciliği yapan tarım işletmelerinin ekonomik analizi

| English. This study covers farms engaged in peach growing in Kazova District of Tokat Province. Aims of the study are to determine structural features of farms and find out the results of economic activities performed in the farms. Sample size of the study was determined using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method. Data were obtained via personel interviews. Establishment cost was determined as YTL 516, 20 per da. Cost of the 1 kg peach was calculated as YTL 0, 37. Based on the average of the farms, gross margin was YTL 23920, 12, net profit was YTL 6145, 54, farm income was YTL 14210, 89, and total family income was YTL 19693, 54 in the studied farms. As a result of feasibility for 20 decare orchard, average farm capital need, total investment, simple rate of return, internal rate of return and pay-back period were calculated as YTL 5485, 20, 14369, 60, 24%, 24% and 5, 1 years, respectively. In the light of research findings, may lead to increase in farmers' income. |
