Özet
As other unions, union of beekeepers should have high level of organizational commitment in order to increase the success of organizations. Higher organizational commitment is one of the most important factors to increase the contributions of members to their unions. In this study, a survey was applied to 60 members of Tokat Beekeepers Union in order to demonstrate their organizational commitment. Relations between socio-economic, occupational characteristics, organizational features were researched with introducing levels of organizational commitment and questions covering elements of organizational commitment within the study. As a result of chi-square analysis, organizational commitment levels vary particularly according to the activities and understandings in the union.
