Özet
The effects of soil tillage practices on evapotranspiration, yield and quality of cauliflower were investigated in this study the actual evapotranspiration (ETc) of the second crop cauliflower was determined according to water balance equation, the reference evapotranspiration (ET0) was calculated using the FAO Penman-Monteith equation using climatic data. In the experiment, evapotranspiration values and yield parameters of cauliflower were compared under tillage and no-tillage conditions. The changes of soil moisture in soil profile were observed by gravimetric method and tensiometers. The research was conducted at the Directorate of Agriculture Practice and Research Center field of Gaziosmanpașa University in a randomized complete block experiment design with three replications in August-November season of 2011.
