| Özet |
| This study presents the seru system, a new production system that has been applied to assembly-based enterprises since the mid-90s. Seru, which is not a very common topic in international literature, is first included in the national literature with this study. In this study, the birth, meaning, types, benefits and mathematical modelling of the seru production system are defined. How to dismantle the traditional assembly line and turn it into a seru system is also explained in detail. This research is thought to lead the way to the practical works by explaining the basic features that should be kept so as to be applied in the enterprises using the traditional assembly line. |
