| AIM or PURPOSEThe aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of pediatric dentists, dentistry students, and AI-supported chatbots about antibiotic use in children in comparison with the guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.MATERIALS and METHODTwenty-five questions were based on the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The questions were directed to ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Copilot (Microsoft) chatbots and they were asked to answer true/false. They were sent to dentistry students (n = 20) and pediatric dentists (n = 20) via Google form. The data obtained were scored between 0-100. The Kruskall-Wallis test was used for intergroup comparisons.
