| Explanations regarding the results of the research are made as follows. In terms of the study results, it becomes clear that the situational structure of the action of a patient who wants to receive health care is determined by the approach of the physician it is in contact with and the resulting trust situation. It is significant for the patient who wants to receive health care to go to the doctor to receive health care, with the belief that the results will be positive due to the irreversible consequences of how health care is implemented, due to the irreversible nature of health care.
