| Özet |
| Burnout can be viewed as an effective response to work stress in which one's professional attitudes and behaviors change. It’ s a reality that large percentages of workers who suffer burnout remain in their positions and may negatively affect the production process. If the potential negative effects of burnout are to be avoided, it is necessary to identify behaviors that may serve as precursors to burnout. Burnout, the inability to function effectively in one's job as a consequence of prolonged and extensive job- related stress, is considered to be the final step in a progression of unsuccessful attempts to cope with negative stress conditions. |
